Re-commerce pages

With the Re-Commerce functionalities of the Ipilum Shop System, you can now manage purchase pages. With just one backend, you have the ability to manage individual purchase pages or combination pages of buying and selling. The Ipilum Purchase System offers you all the features you need for successful Re-Commerce:

You enter a percentage once that you want to pay for the purchase of items. The current market price for the corresponding used item is used as the base. The percentages can be configured based on various criteria:

• Age of the items
• Popularity of the items (Sales rank)
• By category

To exclude items from the purchase, you can add them to a blacklist. We offer you several options for this. You can specify individual EAN numbers, block entire categories, or even exclude items that contain specific words/characters in the item name.

Our purchase system allows you to book your purchased items into different branches/warehouses. Additionally, places can be assigned for these storage locations, with multiple levels such as shelf rows, shelf numbers, shelf levels, and shelf compartments.

Provide your customers with shipping labels for product shipping or automatically list your purchased items on marketplaces and your online shop. The Ipilum Purchase System offers interfaces to shipping companies such as DHL and to marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay. We also have interfaces to Clousale, Starsellers World, Logicscale, and many others for repricing, which is the automatic adjustment of your item prices to competitor prices.

If you want to use our purchase software in addition to an ERP system or another shop system where a stock reconciliation is to take place, we also offer interfaces to HIW, Stein Software, Plenty Markets, Pixi, and many others.

With the Ipilum Purchase System, you also get a web service. This allows you to provide third parties with a query option for your purchase prices. Connecting to price comparison portals such as http://www.woverkaufen.de or http://www.werzahltmehr.de.

To make finding items as comfortable and flexible as possible, they can be found via EAN, ISBN, or text search.

Some articles like smartphones have different product features to specify the correct article. With our productfeature selectors you can define additional product features like product condition, accessoires, simlock e.g. freely to price eachoffered product correct.

The Workflow Manager organizes your workflow and makes your work easier. Define what should happen when based on various criteria such as purchase status, desired method of money disbursement, language, etc. Automatic sending of emails upon order/goods receipt or changing of statuses are just a few of many possibilities.

Documents such as delivery notes, invoices, or purchase receipts are generated and can be automatically sent to your customer by email.

To organize your purchased items neatly, we offer you a label printing function for marking. Storage location number, EAN, item number, and even the barcode can be placed on the label.

Comfort should not be neglected with our purchase software. Facilitate your work and use the open items management. Here you can see which payments are still outstanding. With the SEPA export function, you can transmit all transfers to your bank in one go. Time-consuming individual transfers are eliminated.

Upon request, we will also create a smartphone app for you for the Android and iOS systems. Your customers have the option to scan the barcodes of your items directly with the smartphone camera.
