Interface to HIW

HIW Rendite was specially designed for the technical retail market and picks up the specific requirement of this field. Through the modular, flexible structure of the system every customer receives ERP-software that is specially tailored to his needs. Due to its high scalability, HIW Rendite can be used in small or medium-sized companies (several hundred employees).

With our interface to HIW ERP it is possible to do a wide-ranging data match with our shop system. Thus you can continue to work with your existing ERP system while still being able to successfully enter the world of e-commerce.

Data exchange is realized with XML files transmitted with the FTP protocol

The range of functions usable with the interface:

Artikelimport:

Article data like vendor, name, EAN, descriptive texts, prices, stock quantities, images... can be directly exported from the HIW article base to map them in the management console and finally in your online shop.

Order export:

Orders from the management console can be directly transmitted to HIW . Thus you don't need to care for time-consuming receipt creation if e.g. an order comes in through your online shop. Customer data as well as all order positions are automatically transmitted to HIW and data sets are created there. This already starts upon receiving the order, over reserving the article up to the invoice creation.

Status changes:

Status of receipts can be transmitted from HIW, to automatically trigger functions in the management console. You save lots if work, because the actions don't have to be manually done in two different systems.

Payment bookings:

Incoming payments to HIW can be transmitted to the management console to flag the orders for shipment. Open positions can thus be automatically balanced.
