Interface to IDS

With the export interfaces of the Ipilum shop system you can process your daily deployment schedule fast and efficiently. Booked orders can be selected out of a list directly to export the address data of the recipient for IDS.

Also the back import of tracking numbers is supported by our shop system. Thus you can send automatic emails to your customers about the tracking status. Also parcels can be tracked directly inside the Ipilum shop system. You can automatically kick off further actions, as soon as the delivery status has changed. A possible application would be e.g. sending rating emails after successful delivery of a product.

How can you offer a germany-wide service, that delivers goods to the destination in 24 hours? 30 years ago that was a question that most regionally operating logistics companies were asking. 1982 there was an answer: IDS was founded by 11 medium-sized logistics companies as the first german general cargo cooperation in Hamburg.

Today, 8 medium-sized logistics entities are involved as sharholders of IDS as well as the company DSV (denmark) and Kühne + Nagel (switzerland). IDS-Partner operates a total of 43 modern logistics terminals with an average of 6,500 square meters of transshipment area and serve with around 3,500 vehicles the whole area of germany.
